Chi Kitchen offers colourful, tasty and exotic food to the discerning customers of Debenhams. Influenced by Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, Japanese, Vietnamese and Korean food, Chi Kitchen offers a truly culinary journey through South East Asia.
The menu is created by Group Consultant Chef Ping Coombes. Since being crowned the winner of MasterChef in 2014, Ping has embraced the chance to spread her knowledge by promoting Asian food around the UK and abroad. Chi Kitchen is open for both breakfast, lunch and dinner and the open plan nature of the restaurant, invites guests to witness the chefs at work, as they freshly prepare the sushi, sashimi and charcoal grilled delights.
The team at Chi Kitchen have over 25 years experience in catering for a wide range of occasions, from charity fundraisers to corporate high-end catering services to many high profile clients around the country. Dishes can be collected from Chi Kitchen, dropped off at your home or venue, or created freshly by our chefs at the event. Our menus showcase what we can offer, but we are happy to discuss other options, and can provide alternatives according to what you require.
The interior design of the restaurant is inspired by the five elements mainly fire, water, wood, earth and metals. The mixture of marble, timber and leather create an elegant and welcoming setting, inviting customers to enjoy a fantastic experience, both in terms of environment and the exotic food on offer. Chi Kitchen in Oxford Street accommodates up to 68 guests and in Birmingham can accommodate 98 guests, plus a welcoming champagne bar in both.
